The Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders qualification is a complete online experience by way of our BIIAB Accredited e-learning course and remote invigilation of the examination.

You can study anywhere and in your own time.

COURSE CONTENT

This qualification is needed in order for you to apply for your personal licence to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol in Scotland. The course will provide you with a clear understanding of the framework of law and regulation that underpins the responsibilities of the personal licence holder and could advance your career prospects within the licensed retail sector.

ASSESSMENT

Once you have completed the e-learning course, you will then complete your exam via Microsoft Teams. The assessment will be taken under exam conditions, and you will need 2 devices, once of which must have a camera (a mobile phone is ideal). If you are not confident with technology, don’t worry as we will walk you through every step.
