When a client is asked to attend a meeting with an authority to resolve a problem that has emerged we can represent them. Examples of where we have already done this was when the police were concerned that a licensed premises were experiencing a high level of incidents and requested a meeting to discuss the issues. Another was when a client had submitted his own application for a new licence and the licensing authority had refused to process it for 8 months! We were asked to help and after a 2 hour meeting the licence was granted immediately!
